Thirdy discover a new way on how to get things he wants... AND HE DOES!
Early today he have tantrums because he sees me on my jeans and blouse signaling that I am to go somewhere and he will be left behind with Nanay (thats what he calls her nanny). He throw everything at site to me and to Nanay saying ....
"Wag ka alis! Ayaw ko alis ka!" (Don't go, I don't want you to go)
but thats the life of a working mom, every morning my heart is being crashed over and over again by this kind of scenario. I really want to stay and be with him the whole day and play every games he wants to.
But when I go back to my senses .. work..responsibility...everything. Inshort, I leave him crying and shouting as if he curses me by leaving him behind... I am not going to work today but I have commitments to make like I planned a day ago that I am to attend the Pag-ibig Fund seminar at Ayala.
Seminar was good and ended early so I went straight home to find my little monster sleeping. So I waited for him to wake up, I was watching tv when he popped his head at the door and say ....
"Mommy Ko!!! Yeheeey!!!" (My Mommy!!! Yeheey!!!)
His excitement was so contagious that I even jump from where I sit and run to him with my arms open... His tantrums are gone now.. good thing he have his noontime sleep.. he is in the mood of making orders to me now.. (getting even I guess) I obliged so willingly that he take advantage of...
He is now into watching cartoon clips on youtube... but he has this mood swings asking me to search for a different clip with me saying..
"Ayaw ko yan panget yan!" (I don't like that, it's no good).
And the search is on.. he did this every 5 secs of each clip that makes me frown and shows him that I don't like what he is doing... Then it happen....
" Ayaw ko yan.. panget yan! PLEASE MOMMY... lipat! PLEASE? Sige na?! Please?" (I don't like that! It's no good! Please mommy...a new one! Please... )
Then after those words he just KISS ME.... ohh dear ... he just got me crawling to bed and search for another clip and at last he settled for a movie clip of "Cars"
Then suddenly...
"Milk please! Mommy.. sige na milk?"
And this time I don't stand up and go get his milk .. then suddenly he came to me and KISS ME again and again and again... and says ...
"O Sige Na Tayo Na.... " (Ok you stand up now)
All I did was laugh and gave him his milk... Now isn't that strategy....
And as a mom..WHO CAN RESIST SUCH GESTURE?! Honestly.... I just can't!
Less than 3 months now.. I am going to be a full pledge mom and enjoy my son more!
